As the launch of your centre draws nearer, TMC will take you through our exhaustive pre-launch checklist to ensure that you have everything that you need and have brought together all the elements required. They will also make sure that you are fully compliant in all your statutory obligations such as employment policies, Health & Safety and Risk Assessments, as well as ensuring that all your delivery schedules and working stock are in place.

You will also be advised on how to make the most of local advertising and the connections you will have started to build up over recent months as your centre has come together. You will be able to draw on your experiences with us throughout the training process, and from your time working with TMC in the Camberley centre, to successfully put together a launch event that really makes an impression. You will be shown how other franchisees have had great results from running and attending events, and from extensive networking within their local communities. By the time your centre opens, TMC aim for you to have at least several weeks’ worth of business already booked and paid for, giving you a major kick start for years of successful trading ahead.
